Reservation and Deposit Policies

Reservations can be made through the reservations form, by phone and via e-mail.
All payments are made in Euros.

In order for a reservation to be confirmed, the following deposit must be credited to Ionian Beach bank account:

  • 30% of the total amount of the reservation
  • Payment upon your arrival

When making the deposit payment it is important to indicate the name of the depositor for the reservation to be confirmed.
By making a reservation, the depositor fully accepts the reservation, payment and cancellation policies of the house.

Cancellation Policy

Reservation Cancellation Policy

  • In case a cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival or earlier, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded. (but ensuing wire transfer or other bank fees will be charged to the client).
  • In case a cancellation is made 29 to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will charged. (plus any ensuing wire transfer or other bank fees).
  • In case a cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival or later, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
  • In case of no-show or departure before the scheduled date, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation policies always apply without any exceptions.

Ionian Beach regulations:

  • Pets are allowed.
  • Smoking inside the house is not allowed.
  • Check-in: 15.00 / Check-Out: 12.00
